What a fantastic experience in Kenya

We spent just under 3 weeks visiting several parks in Kenya
From the time we left Sydney everything went like clockwork - we were met and transported around by Southern Cross - the facilities were first class and the level of service second to none
I would not hesitate to recommend bench to anyone - Kenya , what a fantastic destination , not commercialized - just down to earth people , amazing locations and fantastic memories

    Day 1 - Tsavo East National Park

    On arrival at Mombasa Airport you will be met and transferred to Satao Camp in the Tsavo East National Park. Lunch followed by an afternoon game drive in the Park. (LD)

    Accommodation: 2 nights Satao Camp

    Nestled amongst trees and surrounding a central water-hole, the semi-circular layout of the camp provides an excellent viewing point for each of our guests. Satao Camp has 20 tents, all e-suite, thoughtfully positioned to ensure a full view of the camps “own” watering hole. The 20 tents are made up of 16 family tents and 4 suites each tent is constructed of sisal and boroti poles topped with a makuti roof, only the front of the tent is visible as each tent has its own patio with table and chairs.

    The camp boasts 20 luxurious en-suite tents, each with private verandahs, nestled among the tamarind trees surrounding the camp’s very own watering hole. The tents are carefully positioned to allow uninterrupted views of the visiting wildlife whilst ensuring total privacy.

    There are 16 tents and 4 suits. The tents interiors are simply exquisite. All are attractively furnished to a unique African design. The suites are larger and positioned closest to the water hole. Satao Camp tents are suitably designed & adapted to cater for guests with disabilities.

    Day 2 - Tsavo East National Park

    Morning and afternoon game drives. (BLD)

    Day 3 - End of Satao Camp Stay

    This morning enjoy a game drive followed by breakfast and then your transfer back to Mombasa. (B)
