Herds of up to 300 zebra and wildebeest may be viewed from the comfort of one’s suite at Leroo La Tau or from the hide that has been built into the cliff thus providing guests with some amazing photographic opportunities as game congregate along the river bank directly below the lodge. Activities include morning and afternoon game drives which are conducted on the lodge’s private concession and on communal land as well as into the Makgadikgadi National Park. Spot lit night drives are a feature. Also popular are guided nature walks in the area surrounding the lodge and a cultural excursion to the school at Khumaga Village. Zimbabwe and Botswana Famil, November 2015
I had the most magical time in Africa when I traveled there in November 2015 with Bench International. The professionalism and friendliness of the guides and hospitality staff, the excellent standard of accommodation, seamless transportation and the wonderful addition of Bench host Nicky made for an incredible trip. Desert & Delta is a fantastic choice of land operator. I would highly recommend.Emily Cotton Destination: Botswana
