My two sisters and I spent eight nights in South Africa and eight nights in Zimbabwe and all arrangements in Africa were made by Bench.Someone met us everywhere they were supposed to . Moore Quarters in Cape Town had beautiful apartments with plenty of room and hot showers and was in an area that we felt safe to walk around. The daily tours organised by Bench were good and the four day garden route tour was excellent. The properties we stayed in Zimbabwe were special. Bomani is a beautiful tented camp about an hour and a half from the tarred road and thus we only saw one other vehicle in this area of Hwange Park. We stayed about twenty minutes out of Victoria Falls at another beautiful property called Gorges Lodge which sat right on the gorge edge overlooking the Zambezi River. A really spectacular setting. A driver from the lodge took us to the Falls when we wanted. Our last stop was Imbabla which was close to the Botswana border. It is in a more touristy area but there are plenty of animals which do not mind you getting very close to them. We even had lions on the lawn in front of our cabin one night. There was a guard to make sure nothing went wrong. Exciting stuff!!! We had a wonderful time and always felt safe. I have travelled with Bench before so I had high expectations and they were met. If I am lucky enough to get to Africa again I will use Bench to organise everything. Stephanie from Bench made all our arrangements and they went flawlesslyMichele O'Connor Destination: Zimbabwe
